You can usually do just a design refresh if any of the following apply:
- Your site is in WordPress and you are happy with your theme
- Your site is in Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, or Shopify
- You just want to swap out your logo and colors, and your site is not in pure HTML
- It is mainly your home page that you want to look different
