Applying the BASE3 model

The BASE3 model ™ is a logic based framework that we use to ensure that you have created a customer journey that is aligned with their decision making process, the algorithms that align with that process, and the communication channels that you use to engage with your customers along their journey.

We use BASE3 as a guide to map out your customer’s journey, identify gaps, and discover opportunities for further engaging them.

Each of these levels are indicated by a clear data point.  Once you have been introduced to the BASE3 model and these data points, you will be able to make powerful strategic decisions even if you do not have a marketing background.
