Overview
We will work closely with you to identify your business growth goals, look at the tools you have in place, and review analytics available to assess your current situation. We will then create recommendations in consideration of your budget to find the most efficient way to get more leads and customers. This is done in a formal Project Assessment for a fee. If you agree to our recommendations, we then enter into a contract with regularly scheduled invoicing to execute those recommendations.

Our Approach
We look at your customer’s journey from a technical perspective to ensure that you have the right touchpoints in place, such as social media profiles, a great website, a CRM to manage your contacts, a scheduler, eCommerce, and other tools that you may need. We also ensure that you have analytics tools in place so that you can gain insight into what is working, or not working.
Once your touchpoints and tools are in place and working together as a system, we can then layer a Marketing Strategy on top of that system.
A Marketing Strategy could include a combination of ads, landing pages on your website, contact forms, an email drip campaign, a strategy for events you are attending, all designed to create and convert leads in a measurable way
Step 1: A Thirty-Minute Introductory Call
You will meet with Wendy Louise Wilder, Digital Strategist and founder of the Wilder Strategy Lab. The goal of this introductory call is to meet each other, and to see if Wilder can help you.

Call Outcome:
Our goal in the call will be to see if a Project Assessment would make sense for you. If it does, and you agree, then after the call we will send you the Assessment Invoice. An assessment ranges from $600-$1200 depending upon the complexity of your situation.

You will meet with Wendy Louise Wilder for an in-depth discovery call that is wide-reaching.

Step 3: Presentation of Assessment
We will be looking at all of your tools and available analytics, reviewing your social media and website, and based on our discussions we will provide you with our recommendations. The assessment will include our recommended Scope of Work. We will review that Scope of Work and make adjustments based on your input. If you are in agreement, we will then finalize the Scope of Work, generate a contract, and issue a starting invoice to begin implementing our recommendations.

Step 4: Final Scope of Work, Contract & Starting Invoice
During the presentation of our assessment, we will collaborate to prioritize our recommendations. Based on our discussion, we will prepare a finalized Scope of Work, Contract, and initial invoice.
Step 5: Kick-Off Meeting!
Once the contract is signed and the starting invoice paid, we will schedule a Kick-Off meeting.
